Global Realtors Academy, was founded upon a burden to equip professional sales officers and realtors with the practical knowledge to thrive in the competitive industry.

It is no longer news that going forward in the future of work, skills and dynamics would change thereby, giving relevance to acquisition of relevant soft and marketplace skills in the future. We must, however, bear in mind that the future begins now.

WHY WE STARTED GRA

1. To raise public awareness for the need to become more intelligent towards marketing and selling.

2. To give platforms to young people who have passion for real estate marketing to access practical skills for personal profitability and organizational sustainability.

3. To bring stakeholders together to lead conversations that will position Nigeria as a Real Estate Innovation Hub in the world.

Meet the founder/executive director

Amb. Uba Taiwo Joyce is a Multiple Award Winning Realtor. A lady you would call resilient, dogged and industrious. She is the twin sister to the popular Comedian/Actor, Ogbolor a.k.a James, in the popular sitcom “Jenifas diary”. 

She studied Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at Lagos State University.

With her strong passion for Events Planning, Ushering and Decoration, she worked under Funke Buknor of Zapphire events, Ibidun Ajayi of Elizabeth R, after years of service with different Event Companies, she moved on to start her Event Planning/Ushering Services – City Ushers & Planners. 

Naturally, she is a lady who loves business and loves to take on new challenges, this pushed her to start to explore the vast opportunities the real estate industry offers. 

In 2016, she became a professional realtor, working with a number of Real Estate Companies. 

It was not too long after working and training in the industry that she founded JTAIWO PROPERTIES. 

A company that is structured to Solving Housing Problems in Nigeria and redefine the narratives in the sector through customer-focused satisfaction engagements in relations to land banking, luxury housing, building and construction. 

She has been certified by a number of institutions and bodies including, Lagos Business School, School of Real Estate, Heroes Nation Professional Certifications, Impact Business School, Jacbell business school and she is a fellow Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria.  

She is the president of G-Factor Realtors Network and has trained a number of top selling realtors who have achieved great feats in the real estate industry. 

So, as a way to give back to the Industry and contribute to the Intellectual abundance of the nation, she set up “Global Realtors Academy” with the Goal to train and equip the new generation of sales executives, entrepreneurs, career leaders, development enthusiasts, expert realtors and aspiring sales professionals with up-to-date knowledge and globally relevant marketing and sales skills to thrive locally, competent regionally and dominate globally.
